The company
iinovis is an engineering service provider that supports national and international customers in the development and production of technologically complex mobility solutions.
Today, iinovis is organized into five business units: Vehicle / Motorcycle Development, eDrive & Electrics / Electronics, Simulation, Testing and Prototyping / Small Series Production.
This structure enables us to offer our customers services in almost all phases of vehicle development – from concept development to validation & prototype production.
Our four central locations in Germany are the workplace of over 400 employees and enable a fast and direct exchange with our customers.
In southern Spain, we are the market leader when it comes to driver testing and brake testing. With access to the “Mojacar” test track, we can also offer solutions to customers who do not have their own testing facilities.
In Antas, southern Spain, we operate a center for endurance testing with 30 employees.

Bad Friedrichshall
At our Bad Friedrichshall site, you will find colleagues from every business unit with a focus on lightweight construction, fuel cell development and testing, and system simulations. In addition, the site offers expertise in all aspects of vehicle/battery thermal management.
A special feature of this location is the close link between development and product, which has its origins in collaboration around prototyping scopes. In recent years, this solution-oriented collaboration has been expanded and today, together with the nearby Helmstadt-Bargen site, offers international customers a contact point for body modifications – both for development and production.

Since its foundation in 1980, Wolfsburg has grown to become one of our largest locations. Today, around 200 employees work here at two locations.
At Wolfsburger Landstrasse, the focus is on vehicle development from the very early concept phase through to SOP. In addition to the development and design of body and interior, this also includes simulation and testing, such as environmental simulation or airbag testing.
At the second location in Hattorf, a competence center for small series production and development of wiring harnesses has long been an established partner for a large number of customers. An additional focus is also the conversion of vehicles of all kinds.

Since 2015, our site in Helmstadt-Bargen has had its focus on series products manufacturing and prototyping. Our projects here are being implemented by a team of on site-developers. They can draw upon many years of experience with a wide range of work processes and materials, enabling them to offer flexible and fast solutions to a large number of customers. In the future, we will only use green electricity for the production of all our products.
We specialize in the manufacturing of special and customized vehicles, the production of vehicle bodies in small series and the manufacture of individual systems and production equipment. This also includes our products for the motorsport sector. We also build complete vehicles, test benches and partial bodies for the comprehensive validation of new vehicle generations.
Thanks to our many years of expertise in sample and prototype construction in Bad Friedrichshall, the portfolio was expanded by small series production in Helmstadt-Bargen in 2015.

The site’s core competencies lie in the areas of process management, motorcycle development and other cross-sectional functions. Located on the east coast of southern Spain, iinovis in Antas has access to one of the best known driver testing areas – the Mojácar area – in southern Europe. This provides the perfect climatic conditions that are essential for a wide range of mission-critical tests required by OEMs.

iinovis stands for integrity, honesty and responsible business conduct.
Our corporate culture as a set of values, social norms and defined ways of thinking and behaving provides the framework within which we act, make decisions, deal with each other and behave towards third parties. The manager is driving the transformation of the company and wants to actively help shape the mobility of tomorrow with iinovis.
Andreas Groß (born in 1974) has over 20 years of international experience and expertise in the automotive sector.
Most recently, the graduate engineer (FH) for “Electronic Device and Microsystems Technology” worked as Senior Vice President at a development service provider and joined iinovis GmbH as Vice President Engineering in April 2022.
