With our globally unique humidification system, we can variably humidify exceptionally high mass flows even at high air temperatures and test realistic scenarios.
These scenarios include, for example:
- Performance tests
- Temperature cycling tests
- Long-term test (incl. ageing tests)
- Leakage tests (internal & external)
- Abuse tests
- Water injection (oversaturation)
The achievable limit values at a glance:
- Pressure up to 6 bar
- Temperature <95°C, <170°C DRY-IN channel
- Relative humidity up to 99% can be converted to WET-IN, DRY-IN humidification
- Air mass flow <150 g/s per channel
In addition to the humidifier units, other components such as water separators or valves can also be tested on the test stand.
For special test specifications, we offer adaptations to the test bench.
In addition to the development and simulation of these components, we also offer the possibility of carrying out benchmarks for prototypes or purchased parts in Bad Friedrichshall.
